James' management has announced that he will be recording the next Dresden Files book, Grave Peil, in late September. As soon as we know when it will be available, we will share it with you.
His management also stated recently that they are watching the progress of making the Dresden book “Storm Front” into a movie of the week for the Sci-Fi channel. There has been no casting as of yet as the project is still in the development stages.
June 2004
In June, James decided to dissolve the band Ghost of the Robot to devote all his time to pursuing new film and television projects. We want to thank the members of Ghost of the Robot for giving us such great music over the past two years. We wish the entire band the best in their future endeavors.
James reported at Moonlight Rising that he had recently received funding to make a movie of Macbeth. He is currently writing the screenplay and intends to produce the movie and, of course, play the title role. The project is expected to take three years to complete.

James shaved off his famous peroxide locks for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in Los Angeles. The auction raised $25,000 for the Glaser Foundation. James posted the following message on his website after the auction: A huge thank you to everyone who made a donation to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. This is one perk of being a celebrity that really makes me proud - you all rock? Keep up the good work.
While in Europe, James made a visit to the RSC’s Romeo and Juliet. He was voted the nation’s ideal Romeo in an RSC online poll to find out who the people would like to see playing the parts of Shakespeare’s famous lovers. He said: "I’m flattered and excited that people would think of me for the role of Romeo. I think that the themes of violence and social disintegration are as important today as they were in Shakespeare’s day."
